Please read these terms carefully before using ZOPERZ.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOPERZwebsite, mobile application and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by ZOPERZ Private Limited("ZOPERZ", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions
- "Customer" means a user who adds devices, tracks warranties or books services on the Platform.
- "Partner" means an independent repair service provider listed on and verified by the Platform.
- "Services" means warranty tracking, repair booking, AMC (annual maintenance contract) plans, the second-hand marketplace, ZopCoins and related features.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
3. The services
ZOPERZ lets you record the devices you own, tracks their warranty and AMC validity, sends you reminders, and connects you with verified Partners for repairs. For most services, ZOPERZ acts as a technology platform and facilitator between Customers and independent Partners; the repair service itself is provided by the Partner. We do not guarantee that any particular Partner will be available at a given time or location.
Warranty and expiry reminders are provided for your convenience on a best-effort basis. They do not replace the terms of the manufacturer's or seller's warranty, and you remain responsible for verifying your coverage directly with the relevant brand or seller.
4. Bookings & payments
When you book a repair, purchase an AMC plan, or transact on the marketplace, you may be required to pay through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited("Razorpay"). Payments are processed by Razorpay in accordance with its own terms and policies. ZOPERZ does not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
For eligible transactions, funds may be held in escrow and released to the Partner only after the service is marked complete, to protect both sides. By confirming a booking, you authorise the applicable charge to your selected payment method.
5. Pricing, fees & taxes
Prices for services and plans are shown on the Platform before you confirm. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. ZOPERZ may charge a platform or convenience fee, which will be disclosed at checkout. We may revise pricing from time to time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method through Razorpay.
7. ZopCoins
ZopCoins are a loyalty reward earned on eligible transactions and may be redeemed as a discount on future eligible services, subject to the rules shown in the app. ZopCoins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may expire. We may change or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.
8. Repair partners
Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ZOPERZ. We verify Partners on a reasonable-effort basis, but you acknowledge that the quality, timing and outcome of a repair is the Partner's responsibility. Partners agree to additional terms during registration, including verification, service standards and payout arrangements.
9. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- upload false, infringing or misleading information, bills or documents;
- attempt to bypass the Platform to transact off-platform with a Partner;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
10. Third-party services
The Platform relies on third-party services including Razorpay Software Private Limited for payments and may integrate other providers for messaging, maps, analytics and logistics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform, including the ZOPERZ name, logo, design and content, is owned by or licensed to ZOPERZ Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOPERZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users, Partners or ZOPERZ. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Vadodara, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
